Our Founder & Pastor
Elder Ron Wade is a visionary, ministry founder, nonprofit executive, and community advocate with a heart for reaching people and restoring hope.
In 2021, Elder Wade founded Truth & Testimony Ministries, an outreach ministry dedicated to “finding the ONE,” inspired by the message of Luke 15. Through outreach, evangelism, and compassionate service, the ministry was established with a mission to reach those who may feel forgotten, overlooked, or disconnected and remind them that every soul matters to God.
Elder Wade faithfully served under the leadership of Bishop Robert E. Barber, Jurisdictional Prelate of the Mississippi Northwest Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction, where he continued to grow in ministry and leadership. Following that season of service and preparation, he answered the call to establish Renewed Hope Church of God in Christ, “The Hope Center,” a ministry committed to faith, restoration, transformation, and renewed hope through Jesus Christ.
Beyond the pulpit, Elder Wade is a nonprofit executive, mentor, community leader, and founder of the Trailblazer Awards, an initiative recognizing individuals and organizations whose leadership and service are helping move Memphis forward.
At the heart of every endeavor is Elder Wade’s passion for people. Whether through ministry, mentorship, outreach, or community service, his mission remains simple: reach the one, restore hope, and empower people to walk boldly in their God-given purpose.

Santeria Davis humbly serves as the Renewed Hope Church of God in Christ, Youth President. She believes ministry is more than a position; it's a calling to love, lead, and point the next generation to Jesus Christ. Her prayer is that every young person she encounters leaves knowing they are chosen, valued, and called by God for a greater purpose.
